I paid for monthly payments, and I am not able to login, since it still showing up the covid19 and request for pay more, what is wrong happen here

Bad experience with CS there is no live person to talk to if you have a issues just bot replies. They is cancel your account if you don't pay $3 USD a month. The company is shady and money hungry greedy.
